Domestic shippingorders: up to 1 – 7 working days, (Jabodetabek area 1-3 days, other cities 2-7 days) depending on the distance of destination cities
Each orders will be ships out within 1-3 days after we have received full amount invoiced transfer confirmation.
Confirmation on weekends / holiday, will be ship at next the business day and receipt number will be informed after the goods shipped.
We’re unable to ship if problems occurred on the payment.
We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after couriers delivers to the address.
We do not take responsibility if the package cant deliver in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes on order(s).
Sometimes shoes just doesn’t work out – no matter how excellent it is. We only provide returns for size and damaged/faulty production. You are only responsible for the one-way return shipping cost.
After you received the goods, Try your shoes on carpeted indoors. This will not only ensure your shoes stay clean until you know they fit, it’ll also help prevent damage from occurring. Some shoes have polished soles, wearing these shoes on non-carpeted floors could cause scuff marks
If you receive your shoes and they don’t fit right, please contact us as soon as you can within 3 days of receiving your order. As long as they’re in an unworn condition, we’ll happily change it in a different size.
Your shoes will be considered faulty if they are received damaged, or a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 days of receiving your order. Shoes damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. Where possible, we’re happy to repair production faulty items. Alternatively, we’d love to replace them with a pair made in the same colour and design.
Items should be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for it. All tags and labels must be intact on the products.
We cannot accept returns of Shoes, Clothing or Accessories purchased from third-party sellers on CUDDINDONESIA.COM’s Marketplace platform. Instead, contact your seller to let them know you would like to return the item to them.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand. If you purchased your item at a retail store, please return it to the store.
